Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and [PFA LEGAL NAME], a sole trader (PFA) registered in Romania under no. [REGISTRATION NUMBER], tax ID [CUI], address [REGISTERED ADDRESS] (“we”, “us”). They cover the FUT AutoLister browser extension, the website futautolister.com and your FUT AutoLister account (together, “the Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms.

1. What the Service is

FUT AutoLister is a browser extension that automates selling your own items in the EA SPORTS FC Ultimate Team Web App. It lists, re-lists and clears items you choose, at prices it takes from the live transfer market. It does not buy players.

2. Important: EA’s rules and your account

FUT AutoLister is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Electronic Arts Inc. EA’s terms do not allow automated tools in Ultimate Team. EA may warn, restrict or ban accounts that use them, including taking away access to the transfer market.

By using the Service you confirm that you understand this, and that you choose to use it at your own risk. We do not promise that your EA account will not be restricted, and we are not responsible for any action EA takes against it. That includes any lost coins, items or access. Losing access to your EA account is not, by itself, a reason for a refund.

3. Your account

  • You sign in with your email address. Keep access to that inbox secure; anyone who can read it can sign in.
  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
  • One account belongs to one person or business. You may use it for EA accounts you own or manage.
  • A subscription gives you a number of slots. Each slot runs one EA account. An EA account can be in only one FUT AutoLister account at a time. Each slot can be changed once every 7 days.
  • Signed-in browsers are limited to your number of slots plus two.

4. Free trial

Each EA account can use one free 24-hour trial, which starts the first time you press Start. Each email address gets one trial too. We may refuse or end trials that are used to get around this limit.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on our pricing page in euros (EUR) for Europe and in US dollars (USD) everywhere else, and include VAT. You pay in the currency shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew every month until you cancel.

Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the reseller and merchant of record for your purchase. Stripe charges your payment method, handles VAT and sends your invoices. Stripe’s own terms also apply to the payment.

We may change prices. Changes apply from your next renewal after we have told you by email at least 30 days in advance.

6. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Manage subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you won’t be charged again. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

7. What you may not do

You may not:

  • resell, rent or sublicense the Service, your account or your slots;
  • try to get around slot, trial, browser or search limits;
  • copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer the extension or our server, except where the law allows it;
  • interfere with our servers, or access them other than through the extension and website;
  • use the Service for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules. If we close your account for a serious breach, we don’t owe you a refund for the remaining period.

8. Changes and availability

The Service depends on the EA Web App, which EA can change at any time. A change on EA’s side may stop features working until we update the extension. We try to keep the Service available and working, but we don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change or remove features. If we stop the Service entirely, we will refund the unused part of your current period.

9. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for:

  • indirect or consequential losses;
  • loss of coins, items, profit or data;
  • any action taken by EA against your account.

Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Ending these terms

You can stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may end these terms with 30 days’ notice, or straight away for a serious breach.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts. Please contact us first at support@futautolister.com; most problems can be sorted out quickly.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or in the extension at least 30 days before it applies. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the new terms.
